"I just wanted to pass along our thanks for making the opportunity available to our son Nathan to participate in ETC's rafting trip on the American River this summer. Nathan had an absolutely fantastic time. He continues to regale all who will listen with his harrowing stories of how "he barely survived 'troublemaker rapids.'" In retrospect, the fact that Nathan's river guide also used a wheelchair has provided a much-needed boost to Nathan's self-confidence. We've definitely noticed a more 'can do' attitude since the trip, and I believe that much of the reason is that he has seen a very positive role model of someone else that uses a wheelchair."

Environmental Traveling Companions is a non-profit organization supported by gifts from foundations and corporations—but mostly by individuals like you!

Your generous donation will play a vital role in making ETC's programs possible for hundreds of adventurers with disabilities and disadvantaged youth. Help us make life-changing adventures come true.

• Become a member! Join ETC and receive our newsletter and invitations to special trips and events.
Use the Membership Application (Donate_ETC.pdf 52k) and send it to ETC.

• Make a gift of stock. Details (GiftStock.PDF)

• Go on a benefit trip with ETC. Join us for a full moon sea paddle, a whitewater rafting trip or a longer expedition benefiting ETC's scholarship fund for adventurers with special needs. Take your family, friends, and co-workers on a wonderful trip! Check our fundraising trips page for details.

• Ask your employer to match your gift or to sponsor an ETC program or benefit trip.

• Make an "in-kind" contribution. ETC's wish list includes outdoor gear for program participants, office equipment, vehicles, and other items for fundraising events.

• Designate ETC for United Way donations at your place of employment.

• Remember ETC in your will, retirement, or other estate plans.
